Once you commit to a course or consultation by completion of an online/email booking, a contract thereby exists with SGS Education.
Payment must be received in full at the time of booking a course or consultation. If not, your place will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Should you need to cancel a booking, you must first inform us of your request to cancel by emailing [email protected] and you will be given the following options:
If a cancellation request is received 7 days or more before the start of the course, you will be offered a credit for a future course/consultation (subject to availability).
If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the start of the course, credits cannot be given unless the workshop is full and we can fill the place from the waiting list. In the case of a consultation, we will try our best to find an alternative date (subject to availability).
No shows are not eligible for a credit or refund.
A course booking may be transferred to another person with no additional charges however paperwork must be completed for the new child.
If your child becomes unwell and cannot attend their course date, we are unable to offer refunds. We will however try our best to accommodate them on a course at a later date.
